Since the early nineties we have been working in the field of neighbourhood management and urban renewal.

We deal with house and block renovation, counselling in tenancy questions, creating green areas in courtyards and the refurbishment of public space. We have been involved in Vienna’s first neighbourhood management pilot project (Grätzelmanagement Volkert- und Alliiertenviertel, 2002-2006) and have put up participatory tools like a neighbourhood Advisory Council (Grätzelbeirat).

We have designed and carried out many participatory processes, mostly dealing with refurbishment of public space.
